Home Inspection (Pre-Purchase)

Structural Pest Inspections
Identification of possible wood destroying organisms that may be effecting your home. If you suspect a possible infestation don’t wait another day. The infestation service is offered with all of our Pre-Purchase, Pre-Listing and Maintenance Home Inspections or can be requested as a stand alone service.
HVAC Tests (Duct Blaster)
A third party analysis of the new construction HVAC system installation. All new construction homes must conduct this test to comply with the 2009 Washington State Energy Code for HVAC: 503.10.3 Sealing.

ENERGY STAR Homes NW Verification
This is a US EPA program that helps businesses and individuals protect the environment through "superior energy efficiency." To have an ENERGY STAR qualified home verified and certified, a verifier inspects the projects on-site to verify that it meets ENERGY STAR standards. During this process, the verifier directly confirms the proper selection and installation of specifications with nominal values and labels (eg., insulation, windows, appliances).
